Nika Water:::Helping the world never tasted so good

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF NIKA!

Through the sale of our premium-bottled water, NIKA is delivering on a promise to bring voices to the world’s impoverished who suffer without the basic right to clean water and simple sanitation.  By donating 100% of our profits to support clean water projects in areas lacking access to clean water. NIKA is providing the basic tools and critical assistance to help thousands of families improve their lives in a meaningful way and end the cycle of poverty.  Our goal is to create awareness and spread knowledge to inspire youth to get involved in our quest to bring clean water to those in need while educating our world on the impact of smart consumerism.
Mindful of our duties as stewards of the Earth, NIKA has three major components of our environmental program;
  • Nika was the first and currently remains the only bottled water company certified as CarbonFree® by Carbonfund.org.   We accomplish this goal by planting trees through reforestation projects in South America.
  • NIKA is also the first company to develop unique recycling programs where we pay high schools around the country a small fee for each plastic bottle that the school collects and recycles. Through this "One-for-One Recycling Program," we are not only neutralizing any plastic that we introduce but we are also advocates of the importance of basic recycling.
  • The third aspect to our environmental program is that we use recycled plastic, RPET in more than half of our bottles.  In other words, our bottles were once bottles before, thereby reducing our use of scarce fossil fuels.
Our founders are a group of San Diego youth and a group of seasoned business executives who have successfully built and expanded for-profit businesses and who now share a common focus of creating social and environmentally responsible businesses that can be used to help solve global problems.  Our founders have funded all of NIKA's startup and the first 3 years of operating expenses (over $1.5 million).  We are committed to making NIKA truly the most ethical bottled water brand on the market and one that has a long lasting social impact to make our world a better place.
